The standard tea at Chick-fil-A is a sweet tea - after all, this is a southern chicken chain we're talking about! However, for a sweetened tea, the nutritional info isn't especially unreasonable. A medium, 16-ounce cup will contain 120 calories, 31 carbs, and 30 grams of sugar.

A pinch of baking soda makes a world of difference in a pitcher of freshly brewed sweet tea. How? Baking soda neutralizes the tannins in black tea, giving it a smoother taste. This same trick works to take the bitterness out of green tea as well; you can add a teeny pinch to a mug of hot tea as it's steeping.
Chick-fil-A's secret to juicy chicken lies in their bringing process. Brining is the process of soaking meat in a solution of salt, sugar, and water. This helps to tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor. Before cooking it, Chick-fil-A soaks its chicken in a solution of salt, sugar, and milk for up to 24 hours.
Imitating the chain's signature fried chicken sandwiches, the new offering uses a “tender filet cut” of cauliflower that's marinated and breaded in the chain's seasoning, then pressure cooked and served on a buttery bun with pickles.
Freshly prepared at each Chick-fil-A Restaurant using simple ingredients: real lemon juice—not from concentrate, sugar, and water. Diet Lemonade is sweetened with Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener.
But if you've ever had Chick-fil-A's widely-popular iced tea, you might be wondering where it comes from. As it turns out, Chick-fil-A ethically sources high-quality tea made from a tried and true blend that was designed and tested specifically for the chain.
