I went to Disney World & Disney Springs last week and Gideon’s Bakehouse instantly became one of my favorite bakeries, they serve amazing decadent cookies and specialty cold brew coffees if you’re ever in Orlando, it’s a must try! Not only are the cookies and coffee amazing, the interior design of Gideon’s at Disney Springs is mind blowing, the vibe & aesthetic speaks to my soul! My husband and I loved the Peanut Butter Cold Brew Coffee, I’m not sure when I’ll be back in the Orlando area, so I was determined to make a copycat of it. Gideon’s Peanut Butter Cold Brew is a dessert latte, it’s rich, creamy, sweet and pairs well with anything chocolate. I grabbed all the ingredients from Trader Joe’s and it could not be easier to make with Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Concentrate! My version comes pretty close (Gideon’s is a little sweeter), so feel free to add more sugar if you prefer or a little bit of maple syrup. *Watch my 25-second Instagram Recipe video here

If you can’t get a hold of Cold Brew Concentrate, you can substitute with a shot of espresso instead, but the flavor profile will be a little different Gideon’s Bakehouse Peanut Butter Cold Brew Coffee Recipe – FOOD is Four Letter Word (3)

This is great! How would the ratios change if I use Trader Joe’s instant cold brew coffee powder? Thanks!

        This worked. Thanks!

I’ve tried the recipe with both oat milk and cow’s milk. Oat is nicer but cow is also very nice.

How would you change this recipe? If you don’t have cold brew concentrate, just cold brew?

Hi, I’d use a cup of cold brew if you don’t have the concentrate.

Has anyone ever had peanut milk? It’s popular in Asian countries but it’s really easy to make; soak peanuts, blend, strain. Just like any other milk. Except it tastes like peanuts and I can just imagine how amazing this would taste with the cold brew.

Does anyone have any issues with the coffee being to foamy? We followed the directions and the taste is there but it seems very foamy and we only mixed it for like 10-15 seconds. Are we not mixing enough? I feel like the longer we mix it the more foamy it would get.
